My work is supporting deeply caring, visionary leaders and building the systems and programs behind people-first organizations.
What I bring
People describe me as intentional, resourceful, upbeat, and deeply caring. I’m the right-hand leaders trust to take on initiatives others cannot or do not want to own, bringing the systems thinking and heart needed to move them forward. I have a keen eye for pressure points and a knack for reaching beyond my knowledge or skill set to get things done.
Over the past decade, my path has taken me across four industries, five titles, and 10,000 miles away from home. What began as executive support evolved into work spanning strategy, operations, program management, communications, people ops, fundraising, development & advancement, community building, sustainability, governance, and more.
I am a bridge, not a gatekeeper
I build trust between leadership and the rest of the organization, surfacing ideas, tensions, and emerging needs to strengthen alignment. I tend to be most effective in people-first organizations led by clear, thoughtful leaders who value trust, collaboration, and bringing out the best in each person’s strengths.
When I add the most value
When included in high-level conversations, I can use the organization's broader direction to apply sound judgment, contribute useful input, and operate with increased autonomy in my role. I grow furthest in partnerships where expectations are explicit, my abilities are trusted, and I’m supported in closing skill gaps so I can take on greater ownership.
What I’m building toward
Global forces are building a version of the future in which AI replaces humans, and another in which AI enables people to focus on more meaningful, creative, and human work. I want to spend the next decade building operations, systems, and programs that help people-first leaders and organizations succeed.
Manifesto
How I operate
Critical thinking
While pattern recognition is the trick up my sleeve, I always question assumptions, discern causes from symptoms, and make decisions grounded in data and context.
Design for scale
I strategically plan with the organization’s long-term mission and next stages in mind, so today’s systems don’t become tomorrow’s bottlenecks.
Human-centered
I apply HCD principles (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test) to build systems, processes, and tools around how people actually work, balancing usability and efficiency without over-engineering.
Bias towards action
I move quickly and deliberately to get stakeholder buy-in, assemble cross-functional teams, and turn ideas into execution before they lose momentum.
AI-fluent
Beyond automating manual tasks, I look at what can be ethically and efficiently delegated entirely to AI agents, so humans can level up and expand their unique creative potential.
Collaborative
I bring a network of trusted vendors and specialists we can tap into across a wide range of knowledge areas and skills.
